One to One Training
I offer personal training and diet advice mainly on a one to one basis. Sometimes it is possible to cater for an additional person (partners, families) in which case you should indicate how many people.
The base details are below and are on a per person basis, but I do offer a 10% discount if you book and pay for 10 sessions at a time.
